Although at first LeBlanc and the Gullwings are rivals of some sort, it soon changes into teamwork to fight Vegnagun and save Spira. As usual, most of the non-playable characters don't mind Rikku or Paine, but focus on Yuna. Although LeBlanc does acknowledge Rikku once in a while, if only to mock her.
Somehow, the syndicate doesn't strike as the best buddies of the Gullwings, no matter how much they work together. LeBlanc always leaves the dirty work to Yuna (might be seen as a way to express her admiral to Yuna's determination) and flees to find Noojie-Woojie. In the end, the gullwings seem to be just a means to an end - to find Nooj.

LeBlanc and Rikku? First of all, no female x female couples in the game. Second, LeBlanc is too infatuated with Nooj to mind Rikku.
But what about Ormi or Logos? Of course, may I remind you that both of them are suspiciously loyal to their leader and Logos was checking Yuna out, not Rikku.
None from the syndicate interact enough with Rikku to form love interests, in my opinion. But then again, it's just my opinion...
