Selphie is sort of the comical relief in Final Fantasy 8. She and Rikku both have the happy-go-lucky attitude and are not afraid to speak their mind. They don't look alike unless you count the green eyes and their love for bright colors (ie. yellow). They both say Booyaka a lot, too.
