If you wish to be affiliated with Rapture, the only real requirement is that you own a Final Fantasy VIII character/couple shrine with a decent, preferentially balanced amount of content. Just email me with your URL and I'll get back to you with an answer.

Sis
Although Ellone is not a personal favorite of mine, what Laura has managed to do with Sis is truly remarkable, especially considering the pathetic amount of actual screen time the character in question is given. This is a friendly, heartfelt tribute, with more content on Elle than I've seen anywhere else and beautiful designs to match.

Whisper
I love Fujin. In fact, I love the idea of Seifer's posse itself (their noble mix of inconditional loyalty and clear realization of their best friend's mistakes), but Fujin is just the best, ya know? With that said, I think it's a shame that dedications to her are so scarce, verging on nonexistent: I realize she's a very minor character, but it's still possible to spread the love nonetheless! This is why I'm so glad Whisper exists: once again by Laura, this shrine is a strong statement that Fujin is appreciated.

OMFG, lyke, whoo-hoo! This, my dear visitors, is one of my top favorite Final Fantasy VIII character shrines out there. Authored by the amazing Europa, Fragmented is a tribute to the wonderful Laguna Loire that offers absolutely no multimedia: instead, it is packed with well-written, accurate (and what a rare thing this is!) and often humorous essays on everyone's (well, mine, anyway) favorite airhead with Peter Pan syndrome. Finally, a website that actually does Laguna justice!
