This is music from the Final Fantasy VIII Original Soundtrack by Nobuo Uematsu that relates to Selphie (for the specific reasons stated below). Most characters in Final Fantasy VIII don't have a theme, Selphie included; because of this, what you will find here consists mainly of arrangements associated with places with a strong connection to her.

1.02 Balamb Garden

The music that plays in Balamb Garden ~~(no, really??)~~, Selphie's new home after she transfers from Trabia to take the SeeD field exam. Maybe it's just me, but it can get slightly annoying after a while...

3.09 Where I Belong

This is the very accurately titled theme of Trabia Garden, the place Selphie grew up in: indeed, people in Trabia seem to have a great sense of belonging, being extremely fond of their home. I rather like this tune, it's got a very sweet feeling to it. On a side note, Ami, another track from the game, is a lighter version of this one.

4.02 Ride On

This energetic arrangement plays aboard the Ragnarok, Final Fantasy VIII's resident airship, which Selphie is the default pilot of. It can be heard from the very first time the ship takes off in Disc 3, all thanks to Selphie's dangerous, hyperactive hands.

4.03 Truth

Truth plays in Edea's orphanage, Selphie's home for a short period of time after she lost her parents in the Sorceress War. It is an almost eerie mix of tenderness and uneasiness, depicting Edea's double identity as both the beloved Matron and a feared sorceress.
