The secondary outfits Tifa is seen wearing through the game.

Guide Outfit [Nibelheim Flashback]
Tifa can be seen wearing this brownish outfit in some of the Nibelheim flashbacks from five years ago, when she guided Sephiroth and Zack to the Nibelheim reactor. She was also wearing it when she found her father dead inside the reactor and attempted to kill Sephiroth, a few weeks later. It consists of a white tank top shirt and a brown leather (a little shorter than) knee-length skirt. She also wears a cropped vest that's probably supposed to match the skirt, since it seems to be made of the same material and has the same color. Here, her boots are dark brown and long, and she doesn't seem to be wearing socks. The cowboy hat on her head goes nicely with her hair, which seems to reach her lower back.

The "Promise" Outfit [Nibelheim Flashback]
Though you can probably tell from the name I gave it, Tifa wears this outfit during the other Nibelheim flashback at the well, in which Cloud and herself make "the" promise. She's wearing a knee-length, aqua cotton summer dress, with platform sandals of the same color to match. Her hair is loose and seems to reach her waist. She looks young and fresh.

Wall Market Outfit [Wall Market, Disc 1]
This dress is worn by Tifa when she infiltrates Don Corneo's mansion at the Wall Market, in Disc 1. It seems to be very tight and short, around mid-length. It is indigo colored, sleeveless and has a opening on her upper chest with a high neckline. She's also wearing indigo heels to match. This is the only time in the whole game that we get to see her hair loose, not counting the flashbacks.
