There's an ultimate weapon for each playable character in FFVII, Tifa being no exception. Premium Heart is an extremely powerful glove (learn more details about it here), and a must-have for any Tifa fan. You can get it after you go to Bone Village, the excavation site in the North Continent; once you get there, dig on the top level (try between the white smoke and the hole in the ground), and you'll eventually find the key to Midgar's Sector 5: if it doesn't happen at your first try, don't give up.

Head back to Midgar with the key, enter through Sector 5 and re-visit the Wall Market: remember the store that says "ITEM" outside, the one with the previously broken vending machine? Go inside, check the machine; it will give you Tifa's Premium Heart and then go back to its "broken" status.

But learning how to use this great weapon might not be as easy as getting it. Premium Heart's strength depends on Tifa's limit break gauge, being at its max when the gauge is completely full: however, if you perform her limit break, causing the gauge to drop to zero afterwards, Premium Heart will be about as useful as the Leather Glove. Furthermore, as an ultimate weapon, it allows no materia growth; therefore, I suggest you stick with God's Hand until you learn how to handle it well.
